Welcome to BiCam! This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the BiCam mobile application (the "App"), which enables simultaneous video recording using both the front and rear cameras on your iOS device. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Importantly, BiCam is committed to protecting your privacy, and does not collect, store, process, or transmit any facial information from any camera feeds or User Content created through the App.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement, including our privacy practices outlined herein—specifically that BiCam does not collect any facial information from your device’s cameras or recordings. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the App.
We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality or features, including any updates related to privacy practices. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Agreement within the App or through other reasonable means. This includes any changes (if applicable) to our policy of not collecting facial information. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
BiCam is an iOS application designed for creators and social media users. It allows you to record high-quality videos simultaneously using both the front and rear cameras of your device, with real-time preview of both feeds. All recording and processing occur entirely on your device, and no facial information is collected, stored, or shared by the App at any point during recording or processing.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Consistent with our privacy commitments, BiCam does not collect facial information from any user, including minor users, ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws governing minors.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to access or provide us with facial information, as BiCam does not collect such data under any circumstances.

Additionally, you agree not to attempt to extract, collect, or process facial information from App feeds or recordings, as the App is designed to prevent such activity and we do not collect facial information in any form.
All videos and audio recordings created with the App ("User Content") are stored locally on your device in your photo library or files. You are solely responsible for your User Content, including ensuring that it does not violate the rights of others or any laws. BiCam does not collect, access, or process any facial information contained in your User Content, as all User Content remains under your exclusive control.
The App provides tools for recording, but you retain full control and ownership of your User Content. We do not access, store, review, or moderate your User Content, and this includes not collecting any facial information from such content.
When recording videos that may include images or voices of other people (such as through the front-facing camera), you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or consents from those individuals. Rest assured, even if your User Content includes facial images of others, BiCam does not collect or retain any facial information from such recordings.
The App does not require registration, login, or an account. All features are available anonymously. This anonymous usage further supports our commitment to privacy, as we do not collect any personal data—including facial information—since no account or user identification is required to use the App.
The App requires access to your device's cameras and microphone to function. These permissions are requested only when needed for recording and are used solely on-device. You can manage these permissions through your iOS settings at any time. Importantly, even with camera permission granted, BiCam does not collect, store, or transmit any facial information from your device’s cameras; camera access is solely for enabling on-device recording, with no data (including facial data) sent to our servers.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and features, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights beyond the limited license described above. Our intellectual property includes the privacy-focused design of the App, which is engineered to prevent the collection of facial information and protect user privacy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, all your User Content remains on your device (as we do not store it), and no facial information or other personal data collected by us (since we collect none) will be retained or processed.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices. This disclaimer does not affect our commitment to not collecting facial information, which is a binding policy outlined in this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to all claims, including those related to privacy, as we do not collect facial information and therefore cannot be liable for damages related to the misuse of such data.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. This includes compliance with California privacy laws related to the collection of personal data, and our policy of not collecting facial information aligns with these legal requirements.
